You Must Start Here

Welcome! 
I’m so glad you stopped by! 

This is the beginning. And I always begin here-

Because it’s the foundation for everything that’s ahead. 
And so, I will begin here with you.

You my friend. Are 100% loveable just as you are. 
Right here right now. 

Really take that in for a second. I’ll say it again.

You are 100% loveable. Just. As. You. Are. Right here. Right now. 

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t showered for 2 weeks and are still 
wearing your pajamas or if you are dressed to the nines and 
just walked out of the most successful meeting of your career. 
( Chances are you're somewhere in between right now. )

You are 100% loveable. 

That. doesn’t. change. 

So know there is no amount of striving towards, achieving, goal setting, working towards or even fixing the messy things from the past 
that has an impact on how loveable you are. 
You are because you’re alive. 

I don't know who it was that didn't love you well. I don’t know if it was a parent or in a relationship or another family member or a friend. 
But you need to know this…

It had nothing to do with you. 
It was because their ability to love, was limited. 

That has absolutely nothing to do with you. 

We should reach towards goals and achieve and strive, even clean up the things from our past. But all as a bonus. Not to manipulate how people think about us or love us or for terms on how we can love ourselves. But instead because we are curious about what we’re capable of doing. 
Curious what we’re made for.

You see, this is the best foundation for everything you can
possibly want from here on out. So let this really sink 
into your soul. Let it penetrate your bones. 

So often we move forward out of shame or fear. Which quite honestly does work. For a little while. We make progress, some more than others. However, eventually it ends in burnout or resentment.  Which ultimately leads to a break down or a break up. We break up with that dream. Or we loose hope. We no longer have anything left of ourselves to give. 
We struggle to continue on.

But when we move forward knowing we are 100% loveable, we make such better decisions. We have more joy. We live out of curiosity of what we are capable of.  And, are you ready for this……We even look at others as being more loveable. (We'll save that one for another day on the blog. 
One step at a time right?) Our relationships improve. 
Our dreams are reached and even grow. 
We are able to give out of overflow. 

So yea, this, is where I always begin. So I’ll begin here with you.

You my friend, are 100% loveable. 

I know it about you. (I know another who does too.)

But you, you must know it. And believe it deep within. 

Go ahead. Give it a try. I double dog dare ya.
